Cybertrendz SAP Help Desk services complement our Application Maintenance Outsourcing(AMO) practice.

We often work with existing in-house help desks of large SAP data centers where the call center handles the level 1 help. The level 1 support personnel notes the nature of the problem and logs the call. A job ticket is subsequently created and gets loaded into our support systems through appropriate software

We would position a Project Manager (Supervisor) onsite to facilitate the help desk while the support team would be positioned offshore. The Project Manager (Supervisor) would manage technical support operations done by the offshore team. He would be supported by a skeleton team of functional and technical Consultants onsite.

We offer typical industry standard SLAs for the services and are willing to manage the total help desk services for the customers including level 1 support. Alternatively, if customers have their in-house Help Desks, we would sign support agreements so as to adhere to customers' SLAs.
